The UNMC community asked, and LiveGreen will answer.

After the Earth Week presentation on the philosophy and general approaches to sustainable landscaping, many asked for a more specific presentation on drought-resistant plants and effective techniques for sustainable maintenance of yards and landscaping.

With that in mind, UNMC LiveGreen is pleased to present:

  • Who: John Fech, University of Nebraska Cooperative Extension Office
  • What: LiveGreen Scene "Sustainable Techniques, Plants for Problem Places, and Rehabilitating Lawns after Drought"
  • When: Tuesday, June 18 from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Where: Durham Research Center Auditorium, Room 1002

Busy at noon? You can watch a recording of the presentation following the event.

You must have the latest version of QuickTime to view this presentation (live or archived). Download it here.

Bring questions about your yard or specific plants and Fech will be happy to answer them. If you can't attend but would like your question answered we will ask it for you; please email all questions by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 17.

Please bring your lunch. Cookies will be provided to the first 150 attendees.
