Jeffrey Cooper, M.D., assistant professor of emergency medicine and director of the hyperbaric medicine center, is among the many new faculty members at UNMC.

Interests: Diving, disaster and other operational medical support

Degrees: M.D., UNMC

Residency: Emergency medicine, Toledo, Ohio

Previous positions: Emergency Medicine Faculty at UNMC, St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo and the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. Undersea medical officer in the U.S. Navy.
