The email will include a message from the chancellor with the details of the ceremony and an attached academic attire order form/shuttle request. The form will need to be printed, completed and returned with all necessary information to process your order.

How is this green?
By sending commencement information via email to students and faculty, Academic Records is saving more than 2,500 pieces of paper, the ink required to print on those pages, a few hundred envelopes, postage, and the gasoline it would take to deliver the forms -- in Omaha as well as UNMC locations across the state.
These changes save time for everyone involved, everyone has access to all the necessary information, and there is one less piece of paper to keep.
