Facilities Management & Planning offers a wide variety of services that include Architectural and Engineering consultation. We provide Project Management for design and construction, planning and guidance, including building code compliance to the UNMC campus. We provide construction estimates, Long-range capital master planning; preparation of facilities needs and program statements. FM&P maintains a comprehensive database of physical structures on campus, and we maintain working drawings for all structures and projects. FM&P provides technical support for equipment installation, as well as support for campus repair, maintenance functions and utility improvements.
