Due to the uniqueness of our clinic and our primary mission of resident education, we reserve the right to limit our access to the clinic. We currently have over approximately 7,200 patients enrolled to the clinic. We accept active duty and retired families to our clinic. As a Family Medicine Residency clinic, we can only accept the entire family to the clinic. This enables us to provide the best care to all of the members of the families and the most optimal training environment for the residents.
The first step in enrolling your family to the FMR clinic is to visit the Tricare office and request a FMR Primary Care Manager (PCM).
In certain situations we can enroll patients who are over the age of 65, and patients who are dependent-parent/parent in-laws. These situations need to be addressed with the FMR staff prior to enrollment.
Every June-July, you may have a change in your provider. This is when we say goodbye to our third year Residents and hello to our new first year residents. If your Primary care provider is a third year resident, then you can expect to be changed to a new provider in our clinic. Your new provider will be assigned by the clinic staff based on provider enrollment numbers.
