Adding Names to my List
You and/or your designated owners will be responsible for manually populating your public group. Only individuals from the Outlook address book can be added to your group. Internet addresses (i.e. mickey.mouse@gmail.com) cannot be added to a public group.
Another option:
ITS can create some lists automatically based upon limited criteria such as a whole department. They also are automatically updated each time the group is used based upon the defined attributes. These cannot be manually edited by an owner.
