Tour Request Form Rules/Guidelines for tour group Must have at least 1 month notice Groups must have 1 chaperone per 10-15 students Must have at least 1 week notice should group need to cancel UNMC will do its best to offer tour stops pertaining to the group's requests. However, changes to the tour stops will not be allowed once they are confirmed. Please be clear and accurate as to what presentations you would like to see. Also please be aware that due to the nature of the hospital setting, some tour stops may be unavailable for your tour. * Required field. The form will not submit if the required fields are not filled out. Please turn off Pop-up blockers on your browser. Please click on the calender icon in order to make a date selection. Once you have chosen a date, the available times will appear below.
