Appointment Information To make an appointment at the Heart Center, you may call (402) 559-8888 or 800-97-HEART (4-3278).

For information regarding your appointment or to change an appointment, please call any of the three locations or our toll free number.
Appointment Preparation: New to the Nebraska Medical Center? - We ask that you pre-register so we can obtain your demographic information. Please call (402) 559-4222.
Need a referral? - Please obtain your referral from your primary care physician prior to your appointment to ensure your visit is authorized by your insurance carrier. You can either bring the referral with you to your appointment or have your primary care physician's office fax it to our clinic at (402) 558-7922.
Please bring copies of your medical records regarding past cardiology care / diagnostic tests. Tests include treadmill stress testing, stress echos, dobutamine stress echo, transesophogeal echo, EKGs, event monitors, cardiac catheterizations, electophysiology studies and nuclear studies.
