  2. If the entire search history is not already visible, click the "More History" button to make it visible.
  3. Drag your cursor over the search history. Start at the words "search history" and include all rows that contain search statements that are part of your first search. Copy the history by holding down the Ctl button and the C button simultaneously.
  4. Open a word document. Type your name at the top of the document.
  5. Paste the search history into the Word document by holding down the Ctl button and the V button simultaneously. Save the Word document as "search 1".

    2. Use the new window to go to your lotunotes e-mail.
    3. Create a new e-mail message with the subject line "MEDLINE lab assignment".
    4. Address the new e-mail message to cmschmidt@unmc.edu .
    5. Attach the "search 1" document to the new message.
    6. Click the "Save as draft" button. Now, even if your computer shuts down during the remaining lab time, you will still have a copy of the e-mail and the attached "search 1" history.
