Target Audience: Law Enforcement, Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Advocates, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Social Workers, Substance Abuse Counselors, Psychologists, LMHPs, and other organizations working with victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
 
This program meets the criteria of an approved continuing education program for social work.
 
This program meets the criteria of an approved program for licensed mental health providers.
 
 
Conference Goal: To improve and enhance the response to victims of violence through coordinated community responses that include cultural considerations.
 
Accreditation: The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing Continuing Nursing Education is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
This activity is provided for
11.0 contact hours under ANCC criteria. Provided for 13.2 contact hours under Iowa Provider #78. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #13699 for 13.2 contact hours.

If attending one day, this activity is provided for 5.5 contact hours under ANCC criteria. Provided for 6.6 contact hours under Iowa Provider #78. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #13699 for 6.6 contact hours.

The conference is approved for 11 hours of continuing education by the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center.

This program is believed to meet the criteria of an approved continuing education program for mental health and social work practice.

Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselors (LDAC) may earn up to 20 hours of continuing education in activities that may not be alcohol and drug specific but must be approved by certain organizations. This includes the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
