Level C suits and Powered Air Purifying respirators for biological protection are commonly found in hospital emergency preparedness closets. This is not equipment that healthcare providers use every day, but it is important to be familiar with the equipment in the event of an emergency. So, knowing the correct doffing order is very important for safely taking off the equipment. This ILM will test your knowledge of the steps involved in doffing Level C Biological PPE, as identified by The Nebraska Biocontainment Unit (NBU).
