Guidelines:

The UNMC campus classified ads will be placed on the UNMC Today website at info.unmc.edu/today. Employees, students and volunteers may submit ads via an electronic form located on the site. No ads will be taken by phone, email, campus mail or fax. UNMC public affairs will monitor submissions to ensure that they follow the guidelines listed below. Those submissions that do not follow guidelines will not be posted and will be returned to the submitting party.

• Employees placing ads must include home phone numbers and home e-mail addresses.
• Please do not list work phone numbers or work e-mail addresses.
• No ads will be posted that promote the sale of firearms, alcohol, illegal substances or sexually explicit materials or that have content that violates federal or state law.
• Submittals that discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, disabled veteran status or Vietnam era veteran status, or sexual orientation, will not be posted.
• Each submitting party must re-submit ads on a weekly basis. There will be no limit to the number of weeks any one party may submit an advertisement.
• Public Affairs, in its own discretion, may decide that an ad will not be posted if it determines it is not in the best interest of UNMC, its employees, students and volunteers to have the ad posted.
