Biochemistry and molecular biology seminar Nov. 23

Balakrishna Lokeshwar, Ph.D., professor and co-director of the division of urology research at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, will present "Regulation of Prostate Cancer Growth and Metastasis by Pro-Inflammatory Chemokines and their Receptors: New Avenue for a Cure" on Monday, Nov. 23 at noon in the Durham Research Center Auditorium, Room 1002.

Ph.D. graduate student Yi Zou will present "Effect of Ron Tyrosine Kinase Knockdown on CXCR4 Expression and Metastasis in Human Pancreatic Cancer Cells" on Tuesday Nov. 24 at 9 a.m. in the Durham Research Center, Room 1004.
