March 1 deadline to register for Creighton Professional Science Masters Degree Program 
The deadline to apply for Creighton University's 2010 Professional Science Masters program in Bioscience Management is March 1. The 15-month, executive-style, weekend masters degree, which USA Today has called "the MBA for Scientists," allows recent science graduates and professionals working in a wide range of bioscience-related industries, a chance to become bilingual through studying the business of science. Beginning in early June, the program is ideal for those with biology or chemistry backgrounds who do not plan to study medicine or dentistry and who also do not plan to pursue a Ph.D. in science. For those with plans for medical and dental school, the program provides practical business skills such as marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership and teaming, Prospective applicants can choose either a science or business track. The program has been certified by the National Council of Graduate Schools.
