Maintaining your brain the focus of April 20 Olson Center Brown Bag - note location change 
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices are so important for your weight, your heart, your blood pressure, etc. What about your brain? Are there ways to maintain our brain into older age? Rosalie Shepherd of the Alzheimer's Association will teach the importance of lifestyle choices and their affects on brain health as you age at the next Olson Center brown bag on Tuesday, April 20 at noon in Wittson Hall Amphitheater. Seating is limited; pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 559-6345. Bring lunch, refreshments will be provided. The lectures are free. However if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost to obtain nursing contact hours is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
