Mindful meditation courses open in September and October 
Are you looking for a natural, effective mode of managing stress and living more fully in the here and now? Join us in Mindfulness Meditation on Thursdays during September and October. This age old process has been proven to increase focus and enhance performance as well as improve a variety of physical & emotional problems. We'll meet in Bennett Hall 3011 from 12:15 to 12:50 p.m. We'll talk about the process for 10 minutes, meditate for twenty minutes and conclude with five minutes of discussion. During the meditation period, we'll rotate guided meditation, quieting music and silence. You may attend any or all sessions and come and go quietly as your schedule requires.
