Art Express on April 7 to explore photography as art 
Art Express, a drop-in lunch and lecture series that provides a closer look at Joslyn Art Museum's permanent collection and traveling exhibitions, continues Friday, April 7. Art Express is held the first Friday of the month from noon until 12:45 p.m. in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater. Bring your lunch and learn more the photography represented in Joslyn's permanent collection and also in upcoming special exhibitions from Joslyn Docent Rita Price. Rita will discuss seeing photography as art. She will explore photographs in Joslyn's permanent collection by Edward Curtiss, Sandy Skogland, Don Doll and Ansel Adams. Preview three photography exhibitions coming soon to Joslyn: the wildlife images from Howard Buffett and Thomas Mangelson, the beauty found in everyday things through the iconic images of Edward Weston, and 100 years of sports photography in Visions of Victory.
