A note from UNMC Bookstore concerning department charges 
The following is a note from UNMC Bookstore about department charges

There has been some confusion about our notice on using department charges. We will try to clarify. We are still accepting department charges, company cost centers, etc. As of Jan. 1, 2008, customers wanting to charge items to a department or cost center will need to use a purchase requisition. We are requesting that all internal charges -- company charges -- be on paper to better track cost center usage. We will no longer accept orders over the phone. We will give all the information to the person calling but then ask for a requisition to be faxed to the bookstore. This is to protect the departments paying the charges as well as the bookstore.
