    Target Audience

    This accredited continuing education activity is designed for clinical providers and nurses from MFM, OB, L&D, mother/baby units, outpatient clinics, and QI leaders.

    Educational Objectives

    At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be better able to:

    • Describe the importance of timely postpartum follow-up for patients with a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy.
    • Identify best practices for scheduling postpartum follow-up for patients with a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy.
    • Identify strategies to ensure patients receive postpartum blood pressure monitoring.
