Introduction
Leadership Unscripted: Healthcare Executives Share Their Path is a three-part webinar series that highlights the authentic stories of healthcare leaders who have navigated nontraditional pathways into executive roles. Through candid reflection on challenges, transitions, system-level leadership, and lessons learned from crisis and change, participants will gain actionable insights to strengthen their own leadership impact and prepare for opportunities across the healthcare continuum.
