POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system using the following guidelines. Abstracts should be uploaded as a PDF file.
• Abstract must be in their final state, which will be reproduced from the online submission, so any errors will be printed as submitted. All listed authors must be in agreement of submitted work.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference book and made available to all registered participants in electronic form.

• Should be concise, but there is no maximum character limitation

• 350 words maximum, not including title and author listing
• Text only - no graphics
• Justified text
• No headers
• No references or acknowledgements of financial support

• The abstract submission system will provide a confirmation page as soon as you complete the submission process.
• Keep this for your files.

Selection for Lightning Talks

• Five posters will be selected for 4 minute oral lightning talk that will be given just prior to the poster session.
