Position Summary
The Physical Therapist (DPT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments using evidence-based practices. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, individualized care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The Physical Therapist will also play a key role in supporting clinic growth, maintaining an exceptional patient experience, and contributing to a strong, team-oriented culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in alignment with best practices and clinic standards
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using WebPT EMR
Supervise and collaborate effectively with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff
Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and clinical standards
Foster a positive, professional clinic environment and patient experience
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Contribute to clinic initiatives such as community outreach, marketing, and program development as appropriate
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current or eligible Nebraska Physical Therapy license
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship available
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients as needed throughout the day
Ability to perform manual therapy techniques and repetitive movements
Ability to manage a full clinical schedule
Work Environment
Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting

Frequent interaction with patients, providers, and administrative staff
