Highlights of our Benefits & Development Program
Compensation Model Designed for Long-Term Growth
Our therapist compensation structure is evolving to better reward clinicians as they grow their practice, reputation, specialty skillset, and patient demand — creating greater long-term earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Paid Time Off
• 3 Weeks PTO in Year 1
• Unlimited PTO eligibility following Year 1 within our production-based compensation model
Formal Mentorship & Clinical Development Program
We have developed a structured mentorship program designed to replicate many of the educational and clinical benefits of an Orthopedic or Sports Residency — without requiring therapists to take a reduction in compensation.
New graduates are paired with experienced mentors and guided through a multi-year development pathway with goals that include:
• Advanced orthopedic and sports medicine clinical development
• Physician collaboration and case review
• Imaging interpretation exposure
• Progression toward OCS/SCS certification
• Confidence managing complex orthopedic and athletic populations
Gradual Volume Ramp-Up
New grads begin seeing 1 patient per hour in a true 1-on-1 environment until they feel comfortable progressing. Therapists maintain control over their schedules and patient volume progression.
Job Security & Growth
With 100+ internal referral sources, our therapists never have to worry about where the next patient is coming from. You have the opportunity to build a practice that matches your clinical interests and ideal caseload.
Direct Physician Collaboration
Access physician notes, imaging, and operative reports through our shared EMR. Opportunities include:
• Reviewing MRIs and X-rays with physicians
• Observing physician clinics
• Sideline coverage with MDs and ATCs
• Surgical observation opportunities
