    Target Audience
    This accredited continuing education activity is designed for community members, nurses, social workers, and other interested health care professionals.

    Global Objectives
    At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be better able to:

    • Describe how self-regulation strategies can be used to help motivate or sustain a positive diet mentality
    • Discuss regulatory requirements of dietary supplements compared to OTC or other traditional drugs
    • Articulate how healthcare clinicians and the community can help address gaps in self-care for a healthier lifestyle

    Requirements for Successful Completion
    The estimated time to complete each activity varies between 45-75 minutes.

    In order to receive continuing education credits, you must complete these steps prior to the activity expiration date:

    • Register for activities individually as desired
    • Under the Course Materials tab, enter User ID and Password (issued after registration and found in the confirmation email)
    • View presentation in it’s entirety
    • Complete the post-test with the passing score (shown at the top of the individual post-test pages)
    • Complete the online evaluation for the presentation
    • Upon successful completion of all post-tests and evaluation, your certificate will be available to print or save for the activity.
