    Target Audience

    This activity is intended for nurses, social workers, other interested health professionals, and community members.

    Global Learning Outcomes:

    • Summarize the importance of promoting mindful and informed decision-making by highlighting the impact of technology, social media, and other modern influences on health and behavior.
    • Identify resources for ADHD and other mental health concerns to help manage symptoms and what referrals may be necessary amongst the healthcare team.
    • Discuss actionable strategies and tools to implement in your professional and personal lives to enhance your effectiveness and well-being.
