  • Target Audience

    This live activity is intended for nurses, cancer survivor patients, caregivers, those that are high risk, and others interested in cancer survivorship.

    Learning Outcomes
    • Summarize evidence-based cancer survivorship practices, with a focus on immunotherapy management and future healthcare service needs.
    • Identify long-term effects of cancer treatment and available resources to promote healthier lifestyles and improve quality of life.
    • Discuss the roles and responsibilities of the cancer survivorship healthcare team in shared decision-making for post-cancer treatment plans and advancing health equity.
