This activity explores the role of leadership in healthcare settings, with a focus on the qualities and behaviors that influence team dynamics, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness across interprofessional environments.

• Describe how leadership intangibles, such as emotional intelligence, communication style, and professional presence, influence team dynamics and health administration within interprofessional settings.
• Analyze characteristics of effective health leaders to determine how these traits support collaborative, team-based care and shared decision-making across disciplines.
• Evaluate the impact of leadership behaviors on organizational and patient-centered outcomes.
• Propose strategies that strengthen interprofessional teamwork and overall system performance.
