Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical dysfunction and functional capabilities, collaborating closely with physicians.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on objective evaluations and achievable goals, with ongoing re-evaluation and modification.
Coordinate interdisciplinary services and maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress.
Provide patient education to facilitate rehabilitation, ensuring comprehension through various methods.
Accurately bill for therapy services rendered and supervise PT/PTA students during clinical instruction.
Assist in program development and marketing strategies to promote departmental initiatives.
Demonstrate commitment to personal and clinical growth through continuing education and active participation in departmental activities.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with weekend coverage required approximately once per month. Shifts begin at 7:30 am, totaling 32-40 hours per week.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or certificate in physical therapy required.
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire.
Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
