Cambridge Rehab and Fitness is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking physical therapist interested in managing their own clinic in downtown Cambridge, Nebraska! Profit sharing and future ownership potential available if desired.
The right applicant will be caring, friendly, and motivated to provide high quality and compassionate care to a varied outpatient caseload.
Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Experience:
- Orthopedics experience
- Experience in clinic or home community care settings
- Pediatrics experience is a plus
- Inpatient care experience is beneficial
