    1. Describe how self-regulation strategies can be used to help motivate or sustain a positive diet mentality.
    2. Discuss regulatory requirements of dietary supplements compared to OTC or other traditional drugs.
    3. Articulate how healthcare clinicians and the community can help address gaps in self-care for a healthier lifestyle.
