An ISOPOD is a device used in the transportation of a potentially infectious patient, either internally at a facility, or from one facility to another.

In this video Brittany Nordby, RN, BSN, EMT, Project Coordinator for HEROES, provides an explanation of the new features found on the latest generation of ISO-POD manufactured by AirBoss Defense.
